A funding desk that answers the phone

The capital behind a yes is ours, so nothing about the decision or the date is conditional on a third party. Commission, buy box and non-circumvention are set down in the partner agreement rather than agreed on a call.

Working together

What a submission gets you here

  • Files in before 2pm Eastern get a decision the same day, and most complete submissions come back priced within about two hours.
  • We pay against the funded amount on a volume tier, wired the same week the deal closes. The grid sits in the partner agreement rather than in a phone call, so nobody has to remember what was said.
  • Non-circumvention is written down and we enforce it. Your merchant stays yours: we do not market to your file, we do not renew around you, and we do not take the relationship direct.
  • Send a signed application, four months of statements as full PDFs, a written note covering every open position, and a request that bears some relation to the deposits — a file like that gets priced the day it lands. Anything short of it waits behind the submissions that are complete.
  • You get the underwriter’s direct line rather than a shared inbox. Structure questions get answered by the person who is actually deciding the file.

Buy box

The paper we buy, and the paper we pass on

Knowing where the edges are saves you the submission. Send the borderline ones anyway and we will tell you inside the hour.

First position preferred. A second is workable where the submission discloses the open balance up front and the deposit volume is deep enough to carry both remittances.

Deals from $10,000 to $750,000 on the advance, with larger files considered on the term and equipment products.

Six months trading, $15,000 a month in deposits, 550 credit floor — the same box we publish to merchants.

Any lawful US business except gambling, adult entertainment, firearms, cannabis, and debt settlement or credit repair.

What a file needs before it reaches the desk

What we ask for

  • Four months of business bank statementsFull PDFs downloaded from the bank, every page, including the blank ones. Photographs and spreadsheet exports slow the file down.
  • Photo identification for the signerA driver’s license or passport for whoever will actually sign the agreement.
  • A voided business checkConfirms where the funds land and which account the remittance is drawn from.
  • Proof of the entityYour EIN letter, or the articles of organisation filed with the state.

What we never ask for

  • Tax returns, personal or business, unless the file is an SBA one, where the programme demands them.
  • A business plan, a forecast, or a deck.
  • Accountant-prepared or audited financial statements.
  • A home, a vehicle, or any personal asset pledged as collateral.

Send the statements and find out

Four months of PDFs is enough for us to price it properly. Nothing is owed if you read the offer and pass.
