A direct funder on Water Street
Six products, one application, and capital that belongs to us. What that buys you is a decision from the person you are speaking to.
Where we sit
Our own balance sheet, our own decision
We underwrite on our own balance sheet. There is no panel your file gets circulated to, no introducer clipping the deal on its way past, and no committee meeting on Thursday — the person who reads your statements can tell you the answer.
Brokers submit deals to us too. That runs on its own agreement and its own commercial terms — the partners page sets it out. It has no bearing on a merchant who comes to us directly: nobody is passed along, and nobody pays for the privilege of being introduced.

How we operate
The four rules we run the desk by
The whole cost before the signature
Amount funded, total to be delivered, remittance and expected term sit on one page in front of you. Nothing is disclosed after you commit and nothing is added on the way through.
The person who prices it owns it
The underwriter who reads your statements is the one who picks up when you call in month four. Files are not handed to a servicing queue once the wire clears.
Disclosure runs in both directions
We ask you to declare every open position. In return we tell you what will be filed against the business, what it looks like to the next funder, and what it does to your borrowing later.
Renewals are earned, not assumed
Deliver cleanly and the next facility is cheaper, because the history is worth something. We will not top up an account that is already straining just because it is technically eligible.
